1.Service provider (Section 5 DDG)

The service provider of Leonidatime (available at leonidatime.de and leonidatime.com) is:

A VAT identification number is listed only if one has been issued.

A register and registration number are listed only if the provider is entered in a register.

3.Responsible for journalistic and editorial content (Section 18(2) MStV)

This person is responsible for the editorial content (articles, knowledge entries, ticker). How our content is produced is described in the editorial guidelines.

You can also submit notices about illegal content in the community (forum, comments, chat) via the report form (Art. 16 DSA). The procedure is described in the community rules.

5.Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG). The former EU online dispute resolution platform has been discontinued, so no reference to it is made.

6.Liability for content and links

Our own content. We are responsible for our editorial content under the general laws. We work from sources and label the evidence status of every statement; nevertheless, content can be outdated or wrong. We correct known errors and document them under corrections.

User content. Posts in the forum, in comments and in the chat are written by members and reflect their opinions. The liability rules for hosting services (Art. 6 DSA) apply to this content. First posts by new members are reviewed before publication; all other posts are reviewed as soon as we receive a specific notice, and illegal content is removed promptly. There is no complete pre-screening of all posts.

Links. We link to external sites, mainly to official sources. At the time of linking we check whether legal violations are apparent there; we do not monitor third-party sites continuously. If we receive a notice about illegal content behind a link, we remove the link. Links in user posts are marked as such (rel="ugc").

7.Copyright

Our own texts, graphics, illustrations and the design of Leonidatime are protected by copyright. Any use beyond what the law permits (such as quotations with attribution under Section 51 of the German Copyright Act, UrhG) requires our consent. We use third-party images only with a documented rights record and credit. We show official images from Rockstar Games non-commercially on the basis of Rockstar Games' fan policy, credited “Image: Rockstar Games”; Leonidatime shows no advertising and does not make money with the site. Short quotations from official statements are used for the purpose of reporting.

8.Trademarks and fan notice

Leonidatime is an unofficial, independent fan site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorized by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or any of their subsidiaries. Grand Theft Auto, GTA, Rockstar Games and all related names, trademarks, logos and images are the property of their respective owners and are used here solely for identification and editorial reporting. We do not publish or link to leaked or otherwise unauthorized material.

Trademarks and product names are used solely descriptively, to name the subject of our reporting. The name “Leonidatime” is our own designation and not an official name of the game or its publishers.
